How much caviar per person?
A 30g tin is a taste for one. A 50g tin is a full serving for one. For two, take a pair: 2 × 30g for a tasting, 2 × 50g for a real serving. More on serving sizes
How do I store it?
Keep it unopened in the coldest part of the fridge until the date on the tin. Once opened, finish it within 2 to 3 days.
Can I send it as a gift?
