At Just Caviar, we take extraordinary care in preparing and packaging your order. Because black caviar is a highly perishable delicacy, it requires strict temperature control throughout its journey. All orders are packed in specialized insulated boxes with gel ice packs to ensure your caviar arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

To guarantee freshness, we only ship via Overnight/Next-Day delivery. Shipping Schedule & Cut-off Times To prevent packages from being held in carrier warehouses over the weekend, our shipping days are Monday through Thursday.

• Order by 10:00 AM EST (Mon-Thu): Ships the same day, arrives the next day.

• Order after 10:00 AM EST (Mon-Wed): Ships the next day, arrives the day after.

• Orders placed after 10:00 AM Thursday through Sunday: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday.

Please note: We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or Monday deliveries. We do not ship on major US holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. The final rate depends on the delivery destination and the total weight of your order.
