Three sturgeon caviars in one delivery. Built for the moment you want to taste premium caviar but don't want to commit to a single tin without knowing what you actually prefer.
Three 30g tins represent the three main flavour vectors of premium sturgeon. Osetra — the classic. Nutty, balanced, with a subtle almond finish. The default in Michelin kitchens. Kaluga Hybrid — the buttery one. Creamy, long finish, larger pearls. Widely considered the closest legal alternative to Beluga. Siberian — the bold one. Mineral, clean, smaller pearls with more pop. The classic mineral profile.
Side-by-side tasting reveals your preference faster than three separate purchases over months. Open all three simultaneously. Taste in this order — Osetra, Kaluga Hybrid, Siberian. Mild to bold. Cleanse the palate with sparkling water or unsalted bread between species.
Includes 16 French mini blinis, Torres black truffle chips, and a mother-of-pearl spoon — the only material that doesn't react with caviar's salt and oils. The set serves two to four people generously, four for tasting portions.
Once you've identified your preference, the next purchase moves to a 30g, 56g, or 125g tin of that single species.
For tasting, plan around 14g per person. For a more generous caviar service, plan 28g–56g per person.

The single most common mistake first-time caviar buyers make is under-buying. They see the price per tin and order the smallest size, expecting a small tin of an expensive food to go a long way. It doesn't. Caviar is meant to be tasted in real portions — 10 to 15 grams per bite — and those portions add up quickly.
