This is caviar as a habit, not a holiday. One tin opens your Tuesday. Another closes out Friday. No occasion required. Just real caviar, seven days running.

How to enjoy
Serve chilled, straight from the tin. Open one a day for a slow week, or crack a few at once when people come over. Spoon it neat, or spread the Caviar Butter on warm bread for the easy version. Mother of pearl helps. Metal spoons do not.
Packed to order in New York. Sealed the day it ships. Overnight, by 10am.

For tasting, plan around 14g per person. For a more generous caviar service, plan 28g–56g per person.
