Why aren't you selling caviar yet?
Because we want our first tins evaluated by people who know caviar — chefs, journalists, established creators — before we open to the public. Their honest reaction matters more than launching fast.
How do I get on the Founders List?
Fill out the form on this page. The Founders List is closed to new applications once we hit capacity, so earlier is better.
What does "allocation" mean?
We're producing a limited first run. Allocation means your spot is reserved when we open — you'll get an email and SMS with priority access before the general public.
When exactly will Just Caviar launch publicly?
Public release is targeted for July 2026, after Phase 02 (Founders List, June). Exact date depends on production timeline. We'll notify the list two weeks ahead.
Will pricing be different at launch?
Founders List members get the launch pricing locked in for their first order. Public pricing may adjust based on production costs and demand after release.
