Serve chilled and enjoy one tin at a time for a daily Osetra ritual, or open several for a more generous tasting at home. Pair with toast points, blini, chips, or serve on its own to let the texture and finish of the caviar stand out. Spread the caviar butter on warm bread or use it as a rich finishing touch for a more indulgent experience.
For tasting, plan around 14g per person. For a more generous caviar service, plan 28g–56g per person.
