Three sturgeon caviars in one delivery. Built for the moment you want to taste real caviar without committing to a single tin before you know what you prefer.
Three 30g tins cover the three main flavor directions of sturgeon caviar. Osetra: the classic. Nutty, balanced, with a subtle almond finish. Kaluga Hybrid: the buttery one. Creamy, long finish, larger pearls, widely considered the closest legal alternative to Beluga. Siberian: the bold one. Mineral, clean, smaller pearls with more pop.
Tasting side by side shows your preference faster than three separate orders over months. Open all three at once and taste in this order: Osetra, Kaluga Hybrid, Siberian. Cleanse the palate with sparkling water or unsalted bread between species.
Includes 16 French mini blinis, Torres black truffle chips, a tin opener and a mother of pearl spoon (mother of pearl does not react with caviar's salt and oils). Serves two to four people.
Once you know your preference, move to a 30g, 50g or 125g tin of that species.
For tasting, plan around 14g per person. For a more generous caviar service, plan 28g–56g per person.
Serve chilled, open each tin just before enjoying, and use a pearl spoon for the best tasting experience.
